General Terms & Conditions

– Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, and are subject to change without prior notice.
– All offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation, and are not valid in conjunction with other promotions and discounts.
– F&B credit, if applicable, is only redeemable at Spices Cafe, Spices Bar, Lobby Lounge, and Pool & Bar during the guest’s period of stay and not for future use.
– F&B credit, if applicable, has no monetary value, is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other service.
– F&B credit is not applicable on eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
– In the event of amendment or cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to arrival or failure to show, a penalty equivalent to the first night room charge plus taxes will be levied to the credit card provided.
– Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
– Additional bedding is chargeable for third occupancy or children aged 12 years and above. Children below 12 years are permitted to share a room with existing bedding free-of-charge.
– Payment is based on default currency / exchange rate set by the hotel at the time of payment.
– Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and create a new reservation. This may be done by visiting our website at https://singapore.concordehotelsresorts.com.

– By agreeing to the stipulated General Terms and Conditions, you consent to Concorde Hotel Singapore contacting you to market Concorde Hotel Singapore products and services via email.
